Ways KRC Makes Your European Vacation More Memorable

Feb 6, 2019 | Blog

Here at Kosher River Cruises, we are offering many trips that will take you to the wonders — both Jewish and secular — of the European continent. But aside from enlightening heritage tours to the towns along waterways such as the Rhone, the Danube, and even the Venetian Lagoon, we make it a point to let you enjoy the culture of the regions we will be visiting and make it an unforgettable experience.

Here are a few of the many exciting activities you can join in during our kosher tours around Europe.

Pilsen Brewery Tours for Beer Lovers

Our Danube cruise has an option post-cruise tour that will take you to the cities of Prague and Pilsen in the Czech Republic. Pilsen is a city in the Czech Republic which is best known for one of the most popular types of beer in the world: the Pilsner beer. For our guests who consider themselves beer connoisseurs, they will definitely not want to miss out on the opportunity to go on a tour into the city’s famous breweries — and maybe have a taste of their kosher beers as well!

Culinary Adventures in Italy and France

When it comes to cuisine, few are quite like France’s and Italy’s. This is why we will have special events during the cruise with Chef Malcom and his amazing team. On these, we will have activities such as cuisine lessons, wine tastings and pairings, and more!

In our Venice tours for instance, guests will have the chance to join on pasta workshops, while on our France river cruises, we will have cooking seminars where the chefs will teach you how to make local dishes such as Coq au vin. All these will be strictly supervised so that everything remains kosher.

Another successful experience

Our experience was unique in that we were able to tour a lot of territory and a variety of places with minimal inconvenience. The fact that our boat was always with us and there were no long bus rides or waits made this mode of travel extremely enjoyable.
