Realization by KRC’s Chef Tobias
For the BASS:
- 1 lbs. Bass fillet cut into 2 pieces
- Olive oil
- Pinch garlic powder
- Pinch kosher salt
- Pinch Black pepper
- Pinch dried parsley
- ½ minced onion
- Pinch dried basil
Instructions
- Prepare the seasoning: Mix ingredients together.
- Prepare the Bass: Rub each piece of bass with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning, to taste.
- Grill the Bass: Heat coals, gas grill, or grill pan to medium heat. Place fish on the grill. Cover and grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side (maybe a few more minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish). The bass is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
