  • 1 lbs. Bass fillet cut into 2 pieces
  • Olive oil

  • Pinch kosher salt
  • Pinch Black pepper
  • Pinch dried parsley
  • ½ minced onion
  • Pinch dried basil

Instructions

  • Prepare the seasoning: Mix ingredients together.
  • Prepare the Bass: Rub each piece of bass with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning, to taste.
  • Grill the Bass: Heat coals, gas grill, or grill pan to medium heat. Place fish on the grill. Cover and grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side (maybe a few more minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish). The bass is done when it flakes easily with a fork.

Another successful experience

Our experience was unique in that we were able to tour a lot of territory and a variety of places with minimal inconvenience. The fact that our boat was always with us and there were no long bus rides or waits made this mode of travel extremely enjoyable.
