Post Purim we are all looking forward to Pesach. All the cleaning, cooking, cleaning and of course cooking. So below is a very simple Pesach recipe. During Chol Hamoed check out our cruises and come and relax onboard. We promise, no cleaning or cooking!!

Pesach Blondies Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 1 cup Potato Starch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Method
- Preparation for Blondies
- Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into lined 9- x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
