Post Purim we are all looking forward to Pesach. All the cleaning, cooking, cleaning and of course cooking. So below is a very simple Pesach recipe. During Chol Hamoed check out our cruises and come and relax onboard. We promise, no cleaning or cooking!!

 

Pesach Blondies Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1 cup  Potato Starch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Preparation for Blondies
  • Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into lined 9- x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
