PRE TOUR-INFORMATION

Dear Guests:

We are excited to have you as our guest on our upcoming Antarctica Expedition.

We have put together the following information to give you an idea of the next steps needed to get ready for your cruise, including some required information.

A detailed tour packet web link will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks prior to embarkation with detailed information including packing list, updated itinerary, arrival and departure instructions, and ship information.

Next Steps 

Now that you have registered for your cruise, you will have received your updated invoice. Please note your final payment is due prior to 270 days from departure (3/27/26).  

Cruise contract required signature:  We will be sending an electronic cruise contract DocuSign for you to complete to the main participant email that you have registered with. One contract will have space for both cabin occupants to electronically sign. 

Please note: The Kosher River Cruise & KRC Expeditions Terms & Conditions contract must be signed and received within 14 days of registration or reservation may be subject to cancellation. All participants 18 years of age and over must sign to be confirmed on and participate in the tour program. Parent’s signature will cover children’s participants under the age of 18.

To make the passenger information process a bit easier, we have automated our system using a dedicated online client portal. Each individual passenger will be able to access their online portal (one per passenger) by clicking on the Client Portal button on the top right-hand side of the Kosher River Cruise home page or clicking here:

• Reservation ID (listed on the top right corner on your invoice)

On the portal, guests can download and upload their required information and documents. We require:

• Flight information
• Passport information
• Special requests. *Please note we will attempt to accommodate special requests to the best of our abilities. There are no guarantees that we can accommodate some requests, so it is best you speak to a KRC representative before going over your specific needs. Special request information must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.

If guests are having trouble navigating the portal or are not proficient, you may also send the information to our email at, info@kosherrivercruise.com and we can upload the information on your behalf.

Embarkation & Disembarkation Information

AIR BOOKING:

At the time of your booking with deposit, KRC will secure your flight tickets at the current price from the airline once airlines have published their schedules and pricing for 2026 (approximately within 1 year prior to travel). You will be advised of this cost when fares have been published and it will be added to your invoice. Please note air tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is advisable to make your reservation for the cruise as soon as possible for us to obtain the best possible price for your flights when schedule and pricing have been released. Air ticket prices start from approximately $350pp (coach class based on current 2024 pricing) return and are subject to price fluctuation depending on ticket price at time of booking.  

Embarkation (Ushuaia):

Guests arriving in Argentina on Monday (possibly departing their home country on Sunday) must arrive in Ushuaia by 16:00.

Disembarkation (Ushuaia – Buenos Aries):

Disembarkation is on Thursday, January 7, in Ushuaia. Guests must disembark the ship by 9:30 AM with a transfer to the USH airport.

Air Booking

Guests must purchase their own airfare to Ushuaia, Argentina (USH). You will be collected at the USH airport on Monday, embarkation day, and taken to the ship. Guests must arrive by 16:00 on the day of embarkation.  (There are multiple flights per day from Buenos Aries to Ushuaia on regularly scheduled air).

* Pre-Tour Buenos Aires – 1 night or 4 nights (with Shabbat) program. Information coming soon!

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Insurance: Due to the nature of this cruise, travel insurance is compulsory for all guests. Guests have the option of purchasing travel insurance via our website (link below) or on their own. Proof of insurance must be presented prior to departure to ensure participation. Please note those passengers with preexisting conditions must purchase insurance within 7 days of registration to ensure full coverage.
