Itinerary
* Please note: This itinerary is a preview and may be adjusted due to sea conditions or operational needs. But rest assured — the adventure never stops!
Day 1 (Monday): Portsmouth, England | Embarkation Adventure Begins
Step aboard the elegant MS Hebridean Sky this afternoon and begin your journey in style. Transfers from Portsmouth Harbor Railway Station will whisk you to the ship, where a warm welcome awaits. Sip on celebratory drinks as you meet your fellow travelers and get oriented for the voyage ahead. As the sun dips below the horizon, we set sail into the English Channel—dinner is served with views of the open sea and the promise of adventure.
Day 2 (Tuesday): Guernsey, Channel Islands – Coastal Beauty & Hidden History
Overnight, we sail into the storied waters of the Channel Islands, arriving at Guernsey—a jewel of rugged cliffs, golden beaches, and timeless charm. Begin your morning with a panoramic drive that unveils the island’s breathtaking coastline, where turquoise waves crash against dramatic headlands.
But Guernsey’s beauty hides a poignant chapter of Jewish history. During World War II, the Channel Islands were the only British soil occupied by Nazi forces. Here, Jewish residents faced persecution, deportation, and unimaginable hardship—a story of resilience and remembrance that echoes through these peaceful lanes. As you explore, our onboard historian will share moving accounts of this era, honoring the lives and legacies of those who endured.
After lunch back on board, the afternoon is yours to wander the cobbled streets of St Peter Port, a harbor town brimming with boutiques, cafés, and maritime heritage. Stroll past Georgian facades, soak in the salty breeze, and perhaps pause at sites that whisper tales of wartime courage and quiet resistance. Guernsey is more than a postcard-perfect island—it’s a place where beauty and memory intertwine, inviting reflection and discovery.
Day 3 (Wednesday): Isles of Scilly, Tresco & St Mary’s - Subtropical Wonders & Island Life
Escape to paradise just 30 miles off Cornwall’s coast! The Isles of Scilly are a breathtaking archipelago of five charming islands and over 140 pristine islets, offering a world of natural beauty and tranquility. From our central anchorage, hop aboard a Zodiac and glide to traffic-free Tresco—an island of serene beaches and lush lanes leading to the world-famous Abbey Gardens. This subtropical wonderland, defying Atlantic winds, bursts with color from more than 20,000 exotic plant species sourced from 80 countries.
Take your time to explore at leisure: wander through vibrant pathways, marvel at the Valhalla collection of historic ship figureheads, or simply unwind in a cozy café. After a delightful lunch, we’ll whisk you away to St Mary’s—the largest island, yet delightfully intimate at just six square miles. Browse the boutique shops of Hugh Town, soak up local charm, or stroll the ancient Garrison Walls for panoramic ocean views.
Day 4 (Thursday): Waterford & Kilkenny, Ireland - Castles, Crystal & Medieval Marvels
Step ashore in Belview and journey into the heart of Ireland’s storied past. Our morning begins in Kilkenny, a city where medieval charm meets timeless elegance. Marvel at the architectural legacy of the Normans in its 11th- and 12th-century landmarks, then explore the crown jewel—Kilkenny Castle. Once a mighty fortress and later the stately home of the Butler family, this masterpiece invites you inside to admire its grand interiors and a gallery adorned with portraits by Van Dyck and Lely. Stroll through 21 hectares of manicured gardens before wandering the Medieval Mile, lined with treasures like St. Canice’s Round Tower, and the enchanting Rothe Gardens.
Return to the ship for lunch, then set out to discover Waterford, Ireland’s oldest city. Join an exclusive tour of the House of Waterford Crystal, where artisans craft world-renowned crystalware before your eyes. Prefer a slower pace? Lose yourself in the city’s rich history at the Medieval Museum or explore the Viking-built Reginald’s Tower.
A day of castles, craftsmanship, and Celtic charm awaits.
Day 5 (Friday): Dun Laoghaire & Dublin, Ireland - Whiskey, Wonders & Jewish Heritage
Start your day with an unforgettable Dublin adventure! Stroll through the elegant Merrion and Fitzwilliam Squares, framed by the city’s iconic Georgian architecture and the vibrant ‘Doorways of Dublin.’
Marvel at masterpieces in the National Gallery, then step back in time at the historic Dublin Castle and the city’s majestic cathedrals. No visit would be complete without a stop at the legendary Guinness Brewery—immerse yourself in its rich heritage and perhaps savor a taste of Ireland’s most famous stout. We’ll conclude at Trinity College, Ireland’s oldest university, founded in 1592, where you can wander through its storied grounds steeped in history and charm.
The afternoon is yours—explore Dublin’s lively streets, cozy cafés, and cultural treasures at your own pace.
For true whiskey enthusiasts, don’t miss the chance to join our optional excursion to the world-famous Jameson Distillery. Step inside this historic landmark and uncover the secrets behind Ireland’s most iconic spirit. Learn about the time-honored craft of triple distillation, explore the rich heritage of Jameson through immersive exhibits, and watch master distillers at work. Of course, the experience wouldn’t be complete without a guided tasting—savor the smooth, complex flavors that have made Jameson a global favorite. This is more than a tour; it’s a journey into the heart of Irish whiskey tradition.
Jewish Dublin Connection: Step into the vibrant story of Dublin’s Jewish heritage, a community that blossomed in the early 20th century within the historic “Little Jerusalem” neighborhood of Portobello. Here, Jewish immigrants wove their traditions into the fabric of Irish life, leaving an indelible mark on the city’s culture and commerce. Their legacy includes remarkable achievements—among them, two former Presidents of Ireland and the first Chief Rabbi of Israel. Our journey concludes with a meaningful visit to Dublin’s Hebrew Congregation, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to meet members of the local Jewish community and experience firsthand the warmth and resilience that continue to define Jewish life in Ireland today.

As evening falls, gather for a magical Havdalah ceremony, marking the transition from a day of rest to the excitement of the journey ahead. With candles flickering and song in the air, we set sail under the stars toward Belfast.
Day 7 (Sunday): Douglas, Isle of Man – Steam, Stone, and Island Charm
Wake up to the rugged beauty of the Isle of Man and embark on a journey through its rich heritage. Our morning tour begins at Tynwald Hill, a striking, grass-topped mound steeped in tradition. Formed from soil gathered from all 17 parishes, this ceremonial site has witnessed centuries of lawmaking, where each July 5th, new laws are proclaimed in both Manx and English—a living link to the island’s proud past.
From history to nostalgia, we continue to Castletown Station, where a vintage steam locomotive awaits. Step aboard and feel the romance of travel from a bygone era as we chug along the scenic countryside on the Isle of Man Steam Railway, the oldest Victorian rail system on the island. Its original locomotives and carriages still run today, offering an authentic glimpse into 19th-century engineering.
The afternoon is yours to explore Douglas at leisure—wander its charming streets, visit local shops, or simply soak in the island’s unique character at your own pace.
Day 8 (Monday): Belfast, Northern Ireland - Titanic Tales & Whiskey Trails
Welcome to Belfast, the vibrant heart of Northern Ireland! Begin your morning with a panoramic city drive showcasing architectural gems like the Grand Opera House and the striking Albert Memorial.
